Homemade Buttermilk Dressing Mix
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • ½ tsp summer savory
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 T instant buttermilk powder
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight jar.
  3. Use 2 Tbsp mix with ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup mayonnaise and enough buttermilk to make it as runny or thick as you want.

  1. I have never heard of buttermilk powder. That is so smart, because I never end up using up the whole quarter of buttermilk, thanks for that! Ok…back to the dressing – sounds really good & can’t wait to give it a try.
