Homemade Non-Dairy Sweetened Condensed Milk

I have been trying to come up with an alternative to milk and sugar filled sweetened condensed milk.  I think this Non-Dairy Sweetened Condensed Milk is a great substitute.

  1. This would be amazing in a Vietnamese Iced Coffee… I am ALWAYS looking for dairy-free alternatives and this seems great. No worries on the color – real color is always better than industrialized. I am so excited to give this recipe a try.
